Update - Content Progress


What's up, folks!

I got so caught up in game development that time flew by without me noticing. I'll try to cover everything I've been working on so far.

I worked mostly on the visual and story content - both updates to the existing stuff and new content. I'll start with the story updates and then move on to the technical changes.

So first off, I've tweaked the intro part of the story a bit. I reworked the intro scene with the orcs and slightly changed the appearance of the second orc. He's a shaman now to better fit his gameplay changes. Also, Trog's scenes were updated to make them more fitting, and I completely reworked the scene's animations. Now even a perfectionist like me actually likes them!

Second, I've moved the saving Keira part into a separate quest. Now Amber is being guarded by the shaman orc, and Keira is being guarded by Grashka. This allowed me to add an extremely hot futa-on-futa scene (with two animations!) to the game.

I've also updated and re-rendered a couple of existing animations to improve their overall quality - one animation for James and another one for Ravena. So there are seven animations that will be included in the next release, five of them entirely new. I'm currently working on Amber's girl-on-girl scene, which will have one or two animations as well.

Now for the technical part. I wasn't focusing on that, but still made decent progress with the existing mechanics and UI. The victory and defeat screens have been updated. The village map was slightly adjusted as well to fit the updated lore. The procedural generation for the adventure map has been improved a lot along with the whole adventure system. Now, the quest maps are separated from the main one to make them faster to complete.

Once I finish working on Amber's scene, I'll most likely be wrapping up the technical tasks and putting out that update along with the demo version.
